Business bank statements
With your authorization, you upload business bank statements (typically three or more recent months). These statements are used solely to underwrite a funding decision — to assess deposit volume, cash-flow rhythm, balances, and existing obligations. We do not sell your bank statements, and we do not use them for any purpose unrelated to evaluating, sourcing, servicing, or verifying your funding request.
Information collected automatically

How we share information
Constant Stream is a funding house that may fund from its own capital and act as a broker. To source offers for you, we may share your application and supporting documents with third parties. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party funding partners and lenders
To find the structure and terms that fit your business, we may share your application details and bank statements with third-party funding partners, lenders, and funders so they can evaluate your request and extend offers. This sharing is a core part of acting as a broker. Those partners use the information to make their own funding decisions and are expected to handle it under their own privacy and data-security obligations.
Service providers
We share information with vendors who help us operate — for example, document storage and transmission, customer-relationship and communication tools, identity and fraud-verification services, and hosting. These providers may process information only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.

We retain application information and uploaded statements for generally up to seven (7) years after your last interaction with us, or longer where applicable law requires. We keep information as long as needed to provide and service funding, to meet legal, tax, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements, and to resolve disputes, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where your business operates and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, and to ask how it has been shared. Because our services are provided for business purposes, some consumer-privacy rights may not apply; we honor applicable rights to the extent the law requires.
